Young Minds, Big Ideas:

Inside Landzille’s High School Internship Research Projects This summer, Landzille hosted a transformative 4-week internship for high school students across North Texas. Through immersive field experience, leadership sessions, and real estate education, four teams explored the world of land ownership from the ground up. Their journey ended with a research paperwork The results? Insightful. Impressive. And worth sharing.

Field Experience: Gainesville Property Site Visit

Date: Sunday, July 20, 2025

This Sunday, our high school interns will swap the virtual classroom for open acres in Gainesville, Cooke County, a live opportunity to walk the land, observe ongoing infrastructure development, and connect everything they’ve learned to the real world of land investment.

This guided field trip to one of our active properties gives students a front-row view of:

  • The strategic value of Gainesville in North Texas’s growth
  • Surrounding amenities: schools, hotels, restaurants, and more
  • A fun, educational visit to a local zoo or cultural landmark, showcasing Gainesville’s tourism appeal.

Led by the Landzille team, this field visit is designed to give young minds the tools to see beyond the surface, ask bold questions, and understand the true potential of undeveloped land.
Stay tuned; we’ll be sharing photos, insights, and student reflections right here after the visit.
