Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 The G.R.O.W. Referral Program (“Program”) is open exclusively to individuals who:
- Are registered users of Landzille,
- Are at least eighteen (18) years old, and
- Reside or conduct land transactions within the State of Texas.
1.2 Employees, affiliates, contractors, and immediate family members of Landzille and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate.
2. Referral Process
2.1 Upon enrolling in the Program, each participant receives a unique referral link via the Landzille platform.
2.2 Participants are responsible for sharing their unique referral link only with individuals who have never purchased land previously through Landzille.
2.3 Referral rewards are earned only for purchases completed through the participant’s unique referral link and verified by Landzille.
2.4 Referrals must comply with all applicable laws, including Texas real estate licensing laws; referral fees paid to unlicensed persons are limited per Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regulations. Please see Section 10 below.
3. Referral Rewards
3.1 For each qualified referral, the referrer earns a reward equal to one and one-half percent (1.5%) of the purchase price paid by the referred customer for eligible land transactions.
3.2 Referral rewards will be credited to the referrer’s Landzille account or payment method within thirty (30) days following verification and completion of the referred customer’s purchase.
3.3 Rewards may be redeemed either as cash payments or credits toward future Landzille purchases according to the Program’s specific redemption policies.
3.4 Each qualifying referral also grants the referrer one entry into Landzille’s monthly Waffle Draw, which offers prizes such as gift cards, discounts, and other promotional rewards.
4. Limitations and Disqualifications
4.1 Any referrals deemed fraudulent, abusive, involving false or misleading information, or self-referrals by the participant are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any rewards.
4.2 Referral rewards are non-transferable and may not be combined with other Landzille promotional offers unless explicitly authorized.
4.3 Landzille reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or the eligibility of any participant at any time and without prior notice or liability.
5. Notifications and Payments
5.1 Participants must maintain up-to-date and accurate contact information within their Landzille accounts to receive notifications and reward payments.
5.2 Payments and reward distribution will comply with applicable laws and adhere to Landzille’s internal policies and schedules.
6. Privacy and Data Use
6.1 Participant data collected under this Program is subject to Landzille’s Privacy Policy and applicable Texas state privacy laws.
6.2 Data collected includes personal identifiers, referral link usage, transaction details, and communications related to Program participation.
6.3 Data is used exclusively for Program administration, reward processing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
6.4 Landzille employs commercially reasonable measures to protect participant data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Landzille shall not be responsible or liable for any technical issues, referral tracking failures, delays in payments, or errors arising from participation in the Program.
7.2 The Program is offered “as is,” and Landzille’s maximum liability to any participant shall not exceed the total value of referral rewards properly earned under these Terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
8.2 Any disputes related to the Program shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Texas, consistent with Landzille’s Terms of Service and Arbitration Agreement.

10. Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Compliance Disclaimer
10.1 Pursuant to Texas law and TREC regulations, only individuals or entities holding an active Texas real estate license may receive compensation directly tied to real estate referrals.
10.2 Unlicensed individuals who participate in the Program and earn rewards will receive non-monetary promotional rewards (such as Waffle Draw entries) or credits rather than cash referral fees, in compliance with Texas law.
10.3 Licensed real estate professionals must ensure referral fees comply with TREC regulations, including proper disclosure and routing of fees through sponsoring brokers.
10.4 Participants represent and warrant that they understand and will comply with applicable licensing requirements and restrictions on referral fees in Texas.
Privacy Policy Addendum
Referral Program Data Use
1. Data Collected
- Personal identifiers: Name, email address, Landzille account details.
- Referral link usage data and transaction information related to Texas land purchases.
- Communications and preferences concerning referral program participation.
2. Purpose of Data Use
- To administer referral rewards and track purchases accurately.
- To communicate Program updates, notifications, and compliance information.
- To prevent, detect, and mitigate fraud or abuse in Program participation.
3. Data Sharing and Security
- Referral data is accessible only to authorized Landzille personnel involved in Program administration.
- Landzille does not sell or rent participant data.
- Data may be disclosed to legal or regulatory entities as required by law.
- Landzille employs technical and administrative safeguards appropriate under Texas law to protect participant data.
4. Data Retention
- Personal data related to the referral Program is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill Program administration, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
5. Participant Rights
- Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their referral-related data by contacting Landzille at info@landzille.com.
- Opting out of the referral program halts future data collection related to Program participation but does not remove historical data unless required by law.
